That’s why I’m sharing an easy, 5-step skin care routine that can help sensitive skin types avoid getting pimples and pimple marks! Start your mornings with a good cleansing routine. If your skin is prone to breakouts and sensitivity, choose a mild cleanser like Bajaj Nomarks Ayurvedic Face Wash. It will leave your skin feeling soft and clean, without making it feel tight or causing it to break out more — which is really everything a cleanser is meant to do. Regular cleansing will help keep your skin blemish-free.
It’s essential to use a face pack containing Fuller’s Earth/Multani Mitti for spotless skin that helps draw out impurities from the skin, leading to cleaner pores and a gentle glow. One of my favorite products is the Bajaj Nomarks Face Pack, which contains the goodness of turmeric and lemon and helps in removing the sebum, oil and impurities from your face. For best effects, make sure to leave the mud pack on your face for 20 minutes, after which you can wash it off with cool water.
Their formulas work to clean up any mess the cleanser may have missed, which, in the case of acne-prone skin, could be excess oil and pore-clogging impurities. A toner helps eliminate leftover debris, excess sebum, and dead skin so it looks clean and feels smooth to touch.
Once your skin has dried, it’s time to target your pimples directly. Use a DIY spot treatment of Cinnamon mixed with Honey. It works to not only help dry and clear blackheads, whiteheads, and acne blemishes, but also to prevent new ones from forming. To use, cover your blemishes with a thin layer of the formula two to three times daily.
The most critical part of a skin care regime is choosing the right anti marks cream for your skin type. An effective cream on a wrong skin type can increase the problem of marks instead of helping cure it.
